Coaching with Kay was the first step on my path to professional success.  Four years ago I was a program administrator who longed to take my career to the next level.  Kay put me on the right trajectory by coaching me around each of the 6 P’s she advocates:

• Power Personal Esteem - Coached me to identify and minimize personal barriers that held me back
• Power Professional Esteem - Coached me to identify and maximize my unique value (strengths, gifts, talents, self-promotion)
• Power Verbal Language - Coached me to speak up assertively and appropriately (negotiating, dealing with conflict, etc.)
• Power Non-verbal Language - Coached me on how to sit at the table (literally) and position myself for credibility and authority
• Power Presentations - Coached me to view every situation as a mini-presentation and an opportunity
• Power Packaging - Coached me to save the peep toe high heeled pumps for outside the office!

Today, I’m a Leadership Coach in a position that allows me to be my best professional and personal self.  And I’m pursuing the Masters degree that is ideal for advancing my career - Again thanks to Kay’s coaching.

All that said, coaching with Kay was not only the first step on my path to career success, it’s the best step I’ve ever taken.
